1. Hygiene & Health Standards
To maintain the highest hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used, worn, or tried-on lingerie. * Any item removed from its original packaging or with a broken hygiene seal is not eligible for return.
Items must be free of any scents (perfume/detergent), stains, or marks.
2. Sale & Promotional Items
All items purchased during a Sale, Clearance, or via a Discount Code are considered Final Sale.
These items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
3. Eligibility for Return
We only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
The item is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
All original brand tags and labels are intact and attached.
